Melissa Ditson

Executive Creative Director, 360i

“Brave ideas call for brave creative and technology teams and even braver brands to help realise them. I’m honoured to be a part of this celebration”.

Before recently joining 360i Europe, for the past decade Melissa has been busy setting up, growing, and leading creative teams and agencies in New York. She’s launched successful campaigns to raise awareness about girls’ education for Michelle Obama’s Let Girls Learn initiative, built charitable communities on Facebook for American bank Chase, activated a pilot programme for Google to help put minority female owned small businesses on the map, worked on US-wide music platforms for brands like American Express with Jay Z, Budweiser, and Target, and helped redefine brand experiences online for GE, P&G, and the cause brand (RED).

Melissa is actively involved with the creative community, helping to develop and bring up female talent within the industry and got on stage at last year’s 3% Conference to proudly share the news that she had helped Edelman reach 50/50 gender balance with their creative leadership.
