James co-founded MMT Digital in 1999 straight out of university. Under his leadership, MMT Digital has become one of the largest pure-play UX, design and build agencies in the UK. At the vanguard of the Agile revolution, James has transformed the way in which the agency works alongside clients in partnership by implementing a “one team” culture that enables true collaboration across multiple teams and organisations. By combining strategy, UX, creativity and technology, James works with clients to transform business performance via cutting edge digital solutions. In May 2016, MMT Digital was acquired by the Be Heard Group.
